Communication with conference staff was easy from initial enquiry, through to conclusion of the event. Prompt answers both email and by phone were provided with all requested information. Conference room was well appointed for our purpose, and restroom facilities were beautiful and clean throughout the day. Quality of catering was very good, and quantity was well estimated. There was very little left over. The staff were friendly, professional and discreet. I would definitely recommend conferencing facilities to colleagues.
