Huge shout out to The Sebel Mandurah who hosted the reception for my daughters wedding. From arrival to sign out, we were treated with smiles and professionalism. The venue was spectacular, the food was awesome and the service FAULTLESS. (You have never tasted Pork Belly as good as this!!!) They didn't miss a beat in making everything just perfect. I felt like the staff actually wanted to make it that way. The accommodation was spot on and the venue is just beautiful. If you are thinking of having an event or conference you really need to consider The Sebel.
From the very frist contact we had with your hotel, Sarah Stott was just amazing. She gave us all the information we needed to make an informed decision about have our wedding at THE SEBEL Mandurah. Even the COVID questions we had that made it difficult to commit to a date and venue were answered to our satisfaction - which is a large part of the planning stresses we were experiencing in the lead up. Having a smaller wedding but wanting a venue that wasn't tiny and still affordable wasn't easty to find - but The Acacia room was perfect for our 60 odd people. Both Sarah's were involved with coordination and on the day execution, and they made sure that everything was where it should be on the night - all the little details that I wanted were put into place and the venue looked amazing. Basically, what we wanted was catered for. Even on the stressful days where things weren't going right - when I spoke to Sarah she made me feel calm and as through everything was going to be fine, even though it wasn't related to anything going on with the venue. I have to commend both Sarah's for their commitment and we really appreciated Sarah Stott coming in on her night off after finding out we'd had a few issues with upset guests and a supplier. The staff at desk were very helpful and polite through our stay, as well as the staff working on the night. They would regularly check in to make sure that everything was going okay and also thrown in a compliment that it was a lovely wedding - which is nice to hear after all the work you put in to bring it together. Our King Spa Suite was simply fantastic for the price point and so nice to go back and relax in after a hectic and long day. The bed was comfy and the overall cleanliness was great, as well as the amenities provided. When we needed extra towels they were there in no time! We definitely plan to go back and stay many more times and every anniversary each year.

We had our reception at the Sebel and they were amazing, very helpful and help me plan the day, even having very early morning calls, as I was planning it from Queensland. The food was incredible and our guest where very impressed with the service. Thank you to Sarah and her team for helping us have a fabulous wedding.

Our compliments to the Chef. The Beef cheeks were melt in your mouth quality and we had so many guets saying the servings were pefect.
We are still recovering from such a wonderful weekend but we cannot thank you enough for making it all happen and run smoothly.

We are very happy with the service we received for our wedding day and leading up to it, both from yourself and all of our staff. All the little details were taken care of, staff were attentive to us and our guests. Whatever we needed was done or attended to straight away. Adrian was a bit nervous but staff were very helpful, even attending to putting his buttonhole on his lapel.
Adrian and I were so busy with guests and photos, that I don't think we ate all that much of the lovely food, but it all looked amazing and guests were happy. I even had one of your staff, come to me with a little plate of various canapes, to make sure I ate something. I was made to feel very special.
The room was set up beautifully and everything went to plan.
We had an amazing wedding day and woudl highly recommend The Sebel for a wedding, or any other function.
All the planning was taken care of, down to specific dietary needs.
